One Simple Exercise - Balance

If I had to pick One Simple Exercise for my clients to do between massage sessions.

Thankfully I don't, but if I did, it would be this one.


BALANCE ON ONE LEG WITH ARMS OUTSTRETCHED.
Hold for as long as possible. Repeat on both sides. Do it daily!
